Our Koumalassi is Italian coffee reinterpreted. It differs not only in its green bean quality but also in its light fruity sweetness, which is balanced with some chocolatey and spicy notes.
These fine Robusta beans go through a pioneer natural light honey process in which the sweet fruity mucilage layer is only partially removed, preserving the unique herbal and aromatic woods of the terroir.
